Potjiekos A very traditional South African method of cooking. Food is cooked in a pot-belly cast iron pot, and is steeped in tradition.
   
Biltong Biltong has been a favorite with South African’s and Zimbabwean’s for close on 400 years now. This mildly spiced and salted, air dried meat, has sustained South Africans for years. Now, no matter where in the world you are, you can learn how to make your own biltong.
   
Droewors This is a very traditional  dried South African sausage and is made much the same way as Boerewors and then dried. To a South African, Biltong and Droewors go hand-in-hand, and life would not be the same without them.
   
Bacon Bacon is the easiest slow smoked product to produce at home and the results are as good as, or better than, the best commercially produced bacon.
