Meet the 3 Men
Scott and Kevin have been buddies
since School days. But it was the 3 Men's mutual passion for barbecue that brought them
all together. Jerry Roach, a veteran national barbecue champion, hosts the 'School of Southern Barbecue' in
San Diego each year. It was at one of these barbecue schools that Scott and Kevin met and were
subjected to the South African. After the first slab of beers was mortified, it became
increasing obvious that the three of them were very similar in many respects, and shared
many of the same passions in life. Some of which include:
Drinking beer, Making
sausage and jerky,
Smoking meat and fish, Cooking large animals, Camping, Boating and other things which they
can't tell you about
....... and of course
they will barbecue anything, anytime !
